From that screen you do not need to click on the "tv" button, use the sidebar on the left
and select "All" (or a specific category if you prefer) and that brings up the videos.
It was confusing me too!! Why do they have to change things and it more complicated?! :rotfl:Mortgage: Was: £154,495 Oct 2039 Now: £80,216.32 May 2037Swagbucks ~ £215 (2024 ~ £395)Surveys ~ £231.65 (2024 ~ £280.14)Make £2025 in 2025 #5 ~ £1,868.60 ~ (2024 ~ £2,561.04)0 -
But the point is, it is always your choice whether you do these things or not. Nobody is forcing you
No, the point is that I want to hit my daily goal each day, but for various reasons already mentioned I often don't. Today is the first time I've hit a full month in a long time. The next few months I will make the choice not to even open Swagbucks.
Anyway, carry on picking on my choice of words if you want, I've got better things to do0 -
Today's To Do List:-
Step 1 - 2 SB
Step 2 - 6SB
Incidentally, nCrave now counts as Daily Watch0 -
Ok so I'm confused by this new watch thing also. It was fine yesterday with the old system working for me, but today I have the big banner ad thing with a countdown below the orange button, then nothing happens. When I click the categories in the sidebar I get an 'Oops...looks like that one got away' (from the old watch system?). I've enabled pop-ups but still no joy. Any ideas? Thanks.0

You have a 'soft ban', you've managed to break one of their mostly invisible rules, such as watching videos for too many hours in a day or watching a playlist as the daily reset takes place at 8am. It's an automated system, videos will return at some point, perhaps after 12 noon today if it was a minor one off infringement, perhaps a few days or it could last quite a while. Nothing to do but check every so often.Rolly_Jogger wrote: »Ok so I'm confused by this new watch thing also. I got banned from a new system I haven't even used yet? WTH?!
Yesterday I watched videos from the old system, not even all of them on the list (missed one of the travel and all the wedding category). In the past I have watched the whole set of videos many times and not been banned afaik.0 -
It's automated. I've had short bans from losing my connection whilst watching a play list. Their advertisers are more important than we are, so I suppose they get to do that.0
-
But I haven't used the new system, it just came up today for me so I don't understand how I could be banned from it!0

It sounds like a glitch. Perhaps a faulty cookie or something that their system has interpreted as requiring a ban. When I've put in tickets in the past I get back reminders to obey the video watching rules, so presumably if looked at the system just shows that a rule breaking ban has been applied.0

You can also get a soft ban from videos if you have an ad blocker enabled0
