Hey Swaggernauts, we realize there is an issue with the To-Do-List square marketing off for some members. We are actively researching why this is happening. While we investigate we are going to extend the Swago Board until 11:59pm PT tonight. Thank you for your patience while we resolve this issue.

I'll be asleep!!! It's not fixed yet, so don't know whether to cash in 5 or wait and see if it's fixed by 8am!!
They do this swago board every other month or more, why is this one so difficult?

I'm convinced there isn't a tech person that works there, they probably buy turnkey scripts and web templates and the only staff they have are marketing snake oil sellers.

just an update on verification issue.I checked my inbox and found about 5 emails that all came in over a 10 min period. At first they did not work so i copy and pasted the last sent link into firefox(i usually use chrome) and it worked so i'm now verified again.I did fire off about 4 emails to support complaining so maybe that got them into gear

Same here. First one worked for me so all is good again!

  • So regarding the gala bingo offer, I did it on Thursday and I didn't receive credit. I waited until today to put in a ticket and they responded pretty quickly (not an automatic message) and about eight hours later they responded again and saying I will be credited the full amount but when I looked into my account it says:

Hey everybody, my Upload a Profile Picture just worked!

Didn't need to bother with Edit and Save and therefore verification, just clicked on the picture and selected a new one. Didn't even have to wait for the picture to change.

I also did the Gala offer and haven't received my 3000 SB so have had to submit a ticket - luckily I took screenshots as they didn't send me any emails confirming my sign up.
