I changed my profile picture, the verification email came through and I authorised it. The swago square still hasn't filled in!!!:mad:

(In the past this square has already been filled in for me at the start because I had already set a profile pic)

There are FB comments from people who have tried to change it and not got the e-mail - as a result their accounts become unverified and they cannot complete gold surveys or redeem swagbucks.

I'm glad it's not just me. I've tried to change my email address to see if that helps but it doesn't. I can do other things but not surveys. I was going to cash out £25 today but think I'll wait until this mess is sorted. I won't be able to use my swago points today, not that it's been fixed :cool:

I tried to change it a few days ago and luckily got a verification email, but it made no difference, the square still hasn't been ticked off.
Changed it again 2 days ago and still not ticked off.
Might as well cash in for a whopping 5SB as I'm off to work and can't get back on before it finishes :mad:

long time lurker on here but had to reply to your problem purplevamp.I have exactly the same issue blue banner on top of every page telling me i need to verify(been a member of swagbucks for about 4 years and have well over 300,000 pts lifetime by the way).At first ii thought it was just an annoyance but just been to survey page and not allowed to do surveys until i verify(no email is being sent by them,tried a temp email as well).god knows if i will be able to redeem pts,oh and swago squares still not filled.Thumbs up swagbucks, couldnt have screwed me harder if you tried

I've managed to complete my to do list funnily enough as I can do peanut labs surveys, but not gold surveys. I can't cash out as it says I need to verify my account. I tried to change my email address to but I didn't get the verification email with that one either. I've sent a ticket and that got through to my email address so I know the problem is not down to me. I'm going round in circles. It's a small comfort knowing that I'm not alone, but I'm a bit worried that they'll close my account (probably won't but it doesn't stop me worrying ).

I really hope they sort it out soon. x
