It's not ticked off my swag name or photo. I've tried to change my swag name to see if that works but I couldn't see a way to change it

It's the same for me. Usually those squares would be automatically blanked off. Hope they sort it soon.

You need to make no changes to profile but verify the account. Just click the link in the email to tick the box. Guess you need to upload a new photo to tick the other box.

Uploading new photo does not work - any ideas?

nCrave isn't working today, watch is gone and none of the survey attempts have ticked the box. Hope tomorrow will be better and the profile glitch has been fixed by then

!!!!!! is this swagboard? Biggest pile of rubbish.....Ive already set my name and my picture and it isnt checked off. Its like they are using the crap suggestions not used for other swago boards.

I redeemed an Amazon gift card and it didn't mark the square off on the Swag board. It's not like I can do it again so which topic would i submit a request under please?

Survey SSI23648526, showed on the homepage as 10 minutes for 60SB - literally a couple of questions about travel, 1 minute, and it credited immmediately :eek:

This morning, however, the Swago board has been filled in with tasks and is operational (although the Swag Name and Profile Picture still won't light up). And it seems rather easier than most - nothing in the way of mobile tasks (I don't know about others, but I hardly ever get surveys on my mobile, only on the desktop).
