I took a screenshot of the MSE page - just in case I need to submit a claim. It said the double payout bonus points will awarded by Wed 20th June. I hope it doesn't take that long.

my screenshot of the activation page says rewarded by 20th June.
This will give time for shop & earn credits to get awarded as most take 30 days or more to hit accounts.

If you go to the PL page there's a transactions button on the upper right hand side. Click on it and a drop down list will appear with all the surveys you've attempted/completed which should give you all the information you need.
