Please can someone tell me - I read here on MSE forum that you get £10 joining bonus when you join Swagbacks. Do you get that bonus if you signed up using one of the people referring links?

No, the MSE referral link will pay the stated amount but a referral link will usually give less

Watching the videos on a laptop, do this purposely crash on the last 5 seconds of the video and not automatically move onto the next video - you have to click it manually as not to leave it running doing other things?

Yes probably. Twice in the last 2 days it has crashed on the 20th video of the set and therefore not paid out. I generally don't waste my time on them. They don't work in either Google Chrome or Safari and need to be manually clicked through most of the time.

Don't know about the terms for the MSE link, but the current friend referral offer terms are here:
    http://blog.uk.swagbucks.com/2018/04/spring-into-referral-bonuses.html

So, if you earned at least 300SB within the month you started then you should get a 300SB bonus . If you start in April it says the bonus will be applied to your account by 6th May
