They're having trouble with every card ATM! I am so fed up of them, they bought this virtual rewards thing they now use called MyGiftCardsPlus and that's when all the problems started. I've had hundreds of pounds worth of invalid John Lewis gift cards since Nov and every time they deny it's their fault, refund, issue again and repeat ad infinitum. I've also had issues with Argos cards and other people are saying problems with Amazon now too. I now have proof the fault is with them and I'm strongly starting to believe they have a staff member profiting nicely from all our codes.

I got mine in the morning. I think it was about 11am when I noticed it so it arrived some time before 11am.
