I am going to make the effort for myself rather than for anyone else's benefit. :D

The healthy eating and the daily exercise are having a positive result. I now have more items of clothing that can fit me than 23 days ago. :j

I have rediscovered so many gorgeous pieces of clothing that I forgotten that I owned. :D

I am going to have a real job trying to choose what to pack in my suitcase come May. :D
