    thanks for all replies,
contract doesn't show any discounts, they sent me new contract via email and said i don't have to e-sign it as i am already with them.
i do have the chat saved though , which does state the lower price.
bt offer has gone now , so guess i will just have to wait for bill and if its incorrect then i will have to take it up with them
    Nice to save.

    don't say I didn't warn you.
but at least you have the chat saved.

I've heard all the bull from them. "It doesn't matter what that bit of paper says with CONTRACT at the top, my computer screen says this....
You don't need to return the signed contract so it doesn't matter"

At this point I left them

OP. How did you get on with this?
Was your bill the deal they gave you over the phone or the one stated on your contract?
We are in a similar situation. Got offered a good deal over the phone then a few days later got the contract but with no deal(full price)
Rang them up for them to say the original deal is the price we will be paying and discounts don't show up on the contracts and not to worry. Still have time to cancel so not sure if to, or wait for the bill.

    Cheers
