Exactly! When they implemented the appointee without my knowledge while on section 3 when I was released I must went down the job centre complaining about it 9/10 times to try and get it stopped. They were sympathetic but always said somebody would be out to interview me which never happened. They are basically stopping me from travelling to India which I would to with access to money. They can't implement in a community treatment order for me not to travel abroad or threaten to section me plus they can't deprivation of liberty safeguarding because they would fail at tribunal so they've taken my money off me even though I had a capacity assessment done by psychologist saying I have capacity when well but pose a risk to myself when unwell especially of i went to India.0

I would say though that the OP gives away far too much identifying information, and have no doubt that his support staff know exactly what he is posting.
I know they spy on me, its not anything I haven't said to them a thousand times already.0 -

Work with the social worker, whether you think she's stuck up or not, and over time you might prove yourself capable of dealing with your medical information. Being difficult or non compliant is not going to help you one bit.
I have dealt with social workers since I was 9. I know a bad apple when i see one. i'm actually quite sick with dealing with professionals.0 -
