2nd NSD in a row! Chuffed but wasn't easy.
Shopping day tomorrow. Then hopefully another NSD on Thursday.
That's a shame PMO2, but I feel spends like that are unavoidable and should be exempt! The perils of parenthood. You can have results or excuses, but not both.Challenge - be 14 Stone BY XMAS!

#10 checking in.
Yay, had a productive day tidying the house, laundry and batch cooking three different meals as well as making pancakes from scratch, I'm 30 and have never made pancakes lol. So my total is now 4/12 NSD'sWhen life throws you a curveball, learn to catch it and throw it back! Feb Grocery Challenge/£1000 -

Spend day today.
But I have thought of a few exceptions that I'm going to apply on NSDs
1. Fuel for business mileage as I claim this back at the end of the month. I usually fuel up on a Sunday and a Thursday which are the days immediately prior to travel.
2. Breakages or losses of essential items.
The clip on the dog's lead broke last night, luckily today is a spend day anyway, and after PMO2's bus pass issue I think certain exemptions need to be in place! You can have results or excuses, but not both.Challenge - be 14 Stone BY XMAS!

What a difference joining this thread has made - I am now obsessively NOT spending! NSDs from Friday to today and I actually made money on Sunday by returning a top that looked awful on me!
It helps to have no plans for Jan and to be on a no chocolate crusade.
I'm hoping that the rest of this week will also be NSDs but then will have to spend at the weekend as I am almost out of shampoo.
Keep up the good work everybody!0 -
