Your family are very generous on the presesent front.

We tend to be with immediate family. Plus I just like giving presents to people!! I sometimes more look forward to other people's birthdays, because I know I've got them a great present, than my own. :)

My grandma is still going bless her, but it won't be long now. She's so weak she can barely open her eyes. My poor mum was really upset when she came back from visiting her yesterday :(

I've reached the first goal in Swagbucks and will go for the second later on (made the second goal yesterday too). I've done a few other surveys today, but no other payouts yet.

I ordered the B&Q thing from Amazon as it was only £18 on there and I paid with my vouchers. Thanks to a Prime trial we're doing, so I can watch the tennis, it'll get delivered tomorrow :)

Met up with a friend this morning for a catch up and then working 4-8 this evening.

    Thank you :A

My mum said my grandma was actually a little bit better yesterday. They managed to get her to drink something and she even had some custard, so we don't know what's going on now. She's definitely refusing to go without a fight.

Today is a waiting in kind of day. OH is sending a large parcel, so that needs picking up, and I'm expecting one of the presents I ordered for my sister and the drill bits my OH wanted. The pushchair has also been sent apparently, so that might come too.

I got one of the vouchers I was waiting for from Swagbucks, so I have £10 M&S vouchers at the moment. I'm trying to get another £10 on Valued Opinions, as I think they come through pretty instantly. Only on £2.50 so far though. I might just print out the £10 (or more if it comes through in time) and stick it in OH's card, with the promise of another £20 more when it comes through. I think he'll applaud my money-saving skills! With my discount, he can get something worth around £38 with that anyway. I should have started getting the vouchers sooner.

I just about remembered to reach my second Swagbucks goal this morning (with about 2 minutes to spare) and I've already done 95p worth of Prolific surveys.

Had my return to work interview yesterday evening, and I've been told I've run out of company sick pay until April :(. Which means I'll only be getting statutory sick pay for the hours I can't work during my phased return (6.5 hours a week at the moment). She was also keen on me dropping my hours permanently, but I don't want to do that yet as I might be able to start doing 4 x 4 hours shifts in the next month or so. My actual manager is on leave this week, so I will discuss it with him when he comes back. He's a lot more easy going and approachable than she is.

Up very early this morning thanks to OH "not being able to sleep". Why he couldn't have come into the living room instead of disturbing me I don't know. Now I'm wide awake and he's trying to get another hour!!

Anyway, gave me the chance to get to my second Swagbuck goal, so that's a whole week of reaching the second goal so far - a bonus of 85 Swagbucks for next month already.

I was working away on Valued Opinions yesterday too and am up to £7.25. £10.50 needed for the £10 voucher, so will see if any pop up over the course of the day.

I'm working 2-6 today and need to go and pick up the dress I ordered for my sister this morning. OH also has a parcel to collect. I also want to get one of the free lip balms on the O2 app from Holland and Barrett.

Only managed to put £10 worth of vouchers in OH's card. I will reassure him that another £20 is on the way when he opens it. He went out last night and stayed at his mate's house, so he won't open it until later.

I need to pick him up a cake today as the selection at work was rubbish. I'll pop into Tesco as I've got a £2.50 Clubcard voucher I can put towards it. I asked OH if he wanted to go for a birthday meal out tonight, but he said he's happy to stay in and just wants me to do some burgers for him instead. So I got some of those M&S best ever burgers - we'll see if they live up to that claim!!

I painstakingly got to the second goal on Swagbucks last night. Took some doing though as there are fewer surveys at the weekends. Will work on today's gradually, and it's a little bit less, so hopefully easier. Also did another £1 worth on Valued Opinions, so only £2.25 to go.

I picked up my sister's dress yesterday. It does fit, but there is a lot of material on the top part as it's a pleated neckline, which doesn't look great on someone who's not got much up top!! I'm going to let her try it on today as I would rather she was happy with it, than disappointed on her birthday. Plus if she isn't happy, I can return it and get something else in time and the 25% off is still on. I also got my free lip balm from the O2 app. It's really good actually and a decent size :)

I'm working Monday, Tuesday and Friday next week, all 4-8 shifts.

Sadly, my grandma passed away yesterday morning :(

I'm sending the dress I got my sister back and will have to find something else for her. She loved it, but it just didn't look right on the top part. I've ordered her a jumper instead, so hopefully that will be okay.

I reached the second Swagbucks goal yesterday quite easily with a big survey.
