You should have a tenancy / freehold agreement with details of your parking space.

To find out who owns the land you may need to search on the land registry

Your rights should eb in the tenancy/freehold agreement

Its a nightmare tryng to find out who the landlords are, i have been trying for the past 2 weeks to find out !
Land Registry will tell you that for about £3.

You should IMHO have emailed Steve Clark at the BPA and David Dunford at the DVLA by now, and your local Trading Standards and your own MP. Get them seeing this from you on their first day back in the office tomorrow:

Oh and low and behold today i have got another ticket for the same reason !, again on a Saturday and again in the morning, however this time i can prove i was not parked when they said as i have got a statement from my bank confirming card transaction i made during the time i have supposed to have parked in places 5 miles from where the carpark is, so might have some grounds to prove there ANPR is at fault, i have also found out who the land owners are so there my next call in the morning.

Doesn't that just prove that you were five miles away?

Doesn't prove where the car was, does it?

    Still useful though, as evidence.

This needs publicity, MP and Trading standards sniffing around, as well as David Dunford and Steve Clark taking an interest, which they will, to protect the believed flagship ParkingEye (sickbags out).

What the Hell is happening to this Country, that allows leech/parasite firms like PE to maraud around shops and Hospitals, demanding huge sums of money for NO SERVICE whatsoever. Why is this entire business model not illegal?
