She was really pushing me to pay that's for sure, must have mentioned the deadline is fast approaching 3-4 times at least!

She is correct in that you may have to make a decision to pay and reclaim / pay for a set aside before the date. All you are doing is inviting Gladstones to sort the matter without recourse to further court activity. If they fail or decide not to, then there are cost implications for them or something more severe.

How does that help yuo, when the default order isnt ehat you have an issue with, more where the claim was issued?

Of course you can upload a picture, just do what everyone does - host on a site such as tinypics and post a BROKEN URL here, ie change http to hxxxp. We will fix the link so it works.

    EDIT: Ive removed the link

TAKE YOURS DOWN, NOW. You have left *every detail* on it. Cover it using bits of paper, and reupload. But first, edit your post and remove the broken link. Now.
    Again, how does this help?

Turnbull21, that picture shows your full name and full address.

    Is that wise?

The letter doesn't have anything that they would have signed, or any statements claiming to state the truth or anything. Sorry if I don't understand, just getting nervous now

I will be going to the post office at 4pm to post the letter.

How will I know if they have made the application to have it put aside? Call the same people I called earlier on 30/31st July and ask if they've received anything?

I'm sure you know (and may well have been advised before) but normal post with a free certificate of posting.

They dont have to set aside the judgement; the simplest method for them is to call the judgement "satisfied" and, as long as they do this BEFORE the deadline, the CCJ disappears. Not entirely CORRECT, but it resolves this issue.

It would, however, stop them actually trying to get a real judgement against you.

I know the Default Judgement form doesnt have anything signed by them. I told you this, when I asked why you wanted to show it to us. It was a mystery to me then, and was a mystery to me after you posted it.

What I told you to do was to go to MCOL and see the statement they have to make when filing a claim ONLINE. Because thats how the cliam was filed - ONLINE.
