Have had bad news on a close family member's health.
So everything else just seems just so bleeping pointless.
Does the fact that I am a little overweight matter.
Not at the moment, not in the slightest.
Have a big virtually cwtch beanie.

Want to be on plan with minimal syn spendage until weekend as we are taking Emma back to Uni in Newcastle and staying over. Will be eating out on Saturday night - likely to go to a Spanish restaurant we like so am looking for minimum syn type tapas recommendations. Of course, wine will be drunk as well.

I've not had a chance to catch up with all the posts yet.... Today's plan:
B: Overnight Oats (HEB)
L: Baked potato, cottage cheese and saladVeg Szabi from the freezer (think this was from the comfort food book or maybe an old magazine?)
Snacks are fruit, carrot sticks and sugar snap peas. A bag of Sensations popadoms for 3.5 syns and Hips, Bums and Tums class for exercise tonight.

I didn't know you could make up mash and freeze it polly, that sounds so time saving I think I will give that a go. Every day's a school day
I forgot how useful this thread can be!
Not too bad a day for my 1st day back on plan, I feel like I'm in the right headspace finally I've not thought about chocolate all day which is progress!
Today's food:
B - HEB muesli with HEA milk
S - Rhubarb ML yog (hopefully still free), cherries & a cuppa
L - omelette with tomato & cheese (3.5 syns), cucumber, pink slaw and a splodge of salad cream (2 syns)
S - ringos (5 syns) and a satsuma
T - bacon onion & potato bake (pinch of nom recipe) with broccoli, sprouts & turnip
S - SF jelly (0.5 syn)0 -
