I've had a few off days. Went to the comedy and had 2 ciders. At darts 2 pints of bitter shandy. Then Tuesday had 4 pieces of garlic bread. So got to be better for next 4 days.

have a great holiday DeniseI found that difficult to remember when I got started. I tell myself that the B in HEB stands for Bread.
On a similar theme: ... I vaguely remember that if you don't have all your HEX you should syn it. Is that true? Did I make that up
similarly i always think B as in carB or fiBre
maman i can see why they might say that but I regularly don't finish either and I've never synned them
so happy to report that my mindful week has resulted in -5lb tonight! now to keep up the mindful-ness
Things to work with:
*syn-ful lunch tomorrow (but will work it in)
*dvd workout saturday OR a swim with littlie (so not really a swim but activity
*usually we have a take away saturday but will see what OH thinks. we may skip this week as money is tight
*gym monday
*meeting at work tuesday with lunch provided (will likely avoid if only sandwiches on offer, will take something in with me regardless) new group Tuesday evening************************************
