You and me both! But I'll be happy with a 1/2lb this week as it will take me back to top end of target range and won't have to pay next week when I'm on holiday or book a holiday week!

I've used the Linda Mc sausages as stuffing balls before and they turned out OK. I also use them when I make scotch eggs (needs 2 per egg if they're large! so only 3 scotch eggs to a pack).

Melba toasts are 1/2 syn each. I've made them myself though using HEB crustless bread which makes 24 triangles so plenty to use to use with a dip. Suppose they could be used to scoop up a saucy curry on an SP day (might try that sometime!)

    Denise

Fingers crossed for us both :D
I have never used them for stuffing, i use paxo:rotfl::rotfl:
Thanks for melba info, knew someone would know without looking :D

I like the Sainsbury's wholewheat melba toast. It's got a lovely, nutty flavour.

Good Super 6 coming up, especially sugar snaps and baby corn.

Well, I’m stunned to announce a 2.8lb loss. I didn’t see that coming but I’ll grab it! Just over 0.6lbs to break through the stone barrier.
Thanks for the chart, Kathryn. Delighted for you, Grey, for being SOTW.
Sorry you’re struggling at the moment. Kathryn. I’m amazed that you still manage to keep us all on the straight and narrow.

    Brilliant loss, dawyldthing.

tweets, Poppy looks cosy in her (almost) Utd coat!

Getting back to normal (still not been to shops – too much snow and not keen to drive DH’s car in it).

Breakfast: hexb porridge made with water and salt
Lunch: hm leek & potato soup, Liberte 0% fat blueberry yogurt
Snacks: wine gums (4), 3 cranberry & coconut mini crispreads (2)
Dinner: chicken & mushroom barley risotto with tomatoes and beetroot (6), meringue nest (3), fresh fruit salad, ff Greek yogurt
    Snack: hexa cheese & grapes
