    Yes, it doesn't matter how many things go each day - as long as there is a continuous flow out, a difference will be made.

    OH has moved a number of his things out over the past few days and I can feel my tension has eased. Funny how "stuff" can be so stressful.

    1 x metal nail file into metal recycling box to go to tip

    Well done! I have been encouraged by your start to get going again and see what I can manage. As my name shows we emptied 42 years worth when we moved here . I am a fan of our local charity shops and the stuff keeps growing. Here goes.

    62-67 old knickers to rag recycling.
