So, the new fitbit I bought today ... I have been charging it and added a couple of friends, and one has accepted. This was my bestest buddy when I worked in London, she moved to America 6 years ago and she doesn't use social media, so communication has been very limited and has drifted off a lot. Anyway, we've been messaging tonight and it's absolutely made my day - already had every pennies worth out of my new fitbit and it hasn't even finished charging yet :D

One of those unexpected but brilliant moments :T :T :T

Today I took ds to work then went shopping as I desperately need new curtains. The ones in the lounge were here when we moved in and I've made do for over a year now but they really are hideous and I need to replace them. They are turquoise with big brown flowers all over them

Anyway, I never knew how dull shopping for curtains was :( I gave up in the end, as I was losing the will to live, and came home and will order them online instead. They aren't cheap and there are billions of similar ones, then it's finding the right size, oh my days, never again :D:D

Ds is working til 6 so I've got a couple of hours free until he's home, I can't get any gardening done as it's wet and miserable outside, I have barely made a dent in my holiday to do list and don't really have much oomph to get on with any of it but I must choose one, so have decided to focus on referrals to make some money.

So I am going to look for ways of increasing my referrals online, eg. local fb groups, I will start by listing all the sites that I use that take referrals in case anyone reading is interested in joining any, then I'll go and look elsewhere to try and find some :)

I will divide them into different categories:

    Survey sites:

Ipsos mori - pm me if you'd like a referral as I have to send an email link. This site has regular surveys and will give you some points if you are disqualified. Pays out in vouchers, I claim £5 Amazon vouchers from here.

    Prolific - https://www.prolific.ac/p?ref=65DLXHXX
Quick easy surveys, you don't get disqualified from them, can cash out at £5 (cash), one of my favourite sites.

    Yougov - https://yougov.co.uk/refer/mAgxg5mUR40r31VgMRBjeg/
Reliable, regular surveys, these are used in political polls etc quite a lot. Pays in £££, you do need to get to £50 but it's worth it once you get there :)

Onepoll -pm me if you'd like a referral as I have to send an email link. Quick surveys, generally for 10p-50p each, payment via BACS or paypal

    Swagbucks http://www.swagbucks.com/refer/bbandme
Mentioned on an almost daily basis on here, it is my main money earner for very little effort.

    Apps:

Shopmium - ACMUMGUE - you get a free jar of Nutella ;) This one gives discounts on various food items and some items are free. You just scan the item and the receipt. Fab little app :T

Shoppix - 2009D8HQ - Take a photo of your shopping receipt (up to 30 points), 3200 points = £5 Paypal / Amazon / Itunes voucher. This is a really easy one and builds up pretty quickly for very little work.

    Others:

Circle A bit like paypal but with lower fees, this one is great if you sign up to prolific as it's cheaper to withdraw to this than to paypal. Please PM me if you want a referral, I can't log on at the minute as I need a verification code from my phone and I've got no signal at home  You get £5 from joining I believe.

    Quidco - https://www.quidco.com/user/28837/2726117/
Cashback website, I have been a member for about 10 years and have moved £2700++. I use this when I'm buying insurance, shopping online, ordering a pizza, all sorts! Once you've earned £5 cashback you, and I, get £5 referral bonus each

    Qmee http://qm.ee/XQHBPMIXXVQIS
When you search for something online qmee will sometimes bring up some boxes on the left of the page, if you click on them you will earn a few pennies. You can cash out your piggybank at any time. Searching on ebay is fab for this :) It also has surveys available but I don't do them. When you first cashout we both earn 50p.

    Postcode Lottery - https://freepostcodelottery.com/?ref=1756473
A free daily lottery, if your postcode comes up you win :) There are various different 'draws' each day and other chances to win cash prizes.

If anyone wants to sign up to any of these, or wants any help using any of them, please let me know. Thanks in advance :D:D

I did download that one a while ago but haven't used it, not even sure why, I agree it makes sense to! I will start now :)

Today ds is working this morning then we've got Camhs later, then tackling some homework, then friends coming round this evening. Hopefully I'll make a few pennies along the way too :D

My brother has sent me his Amazon wishlist, so I've sorted his birthday present and now can move the money over from the gift fund :)
