Thank you both, I do mean to post more regularly but time just seems to disappear!
This afternoon I have popped to a local town and mooched there for a bit. I bought 2 jumpers in the charity shop, one from Hobbs and one from Phase Eight, £4 each. One is a sage green the other is raspberry. I might keep the raspberry one or I may stick them both on ebay.
I also needed a new mascara, so got one with a serum (2 for £12.99, should have been £22) :money: A couple of other bits and pieces and that was nearly £40 spent today on not very much at all.
I've also taken the dog out for a walk and bumped into my old neighbours so had a nice catch up with themI'm already getting the going-back-to-work blues, I really don't know where the last 2 weeks have gone to

not heard of a mascara with serum, what is it meant to do? condition the eyelashes?
what is DS doing now?0 -
I couldn't give up the holidays Beanie
Savingmore - I bought a normal mascara (£7) but they had an offer for any 2 products for £12.99 so I bought an eyelash serum too (£14.99). It is like a conditioner for your lashes - I'm sure its just a gimmick but my lashes need any help going so thought I'd give it a try
Ds is working full time at the place he worked while he was at school. He's loving it and is just waiting til he's 18 for the railways really. He's got much more purpose now though and is going to bed at proper times and stuff like that, he is generally is in a much happier place :T
Today is a chill day, washing machine is doing its thing, I need to hoover through and do some ironing but other than that it will be a nice long walk with the dog down the beach later and some footie time. Hopefully some money making along the way too would be niceMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Fantastic news about your son! I love reading about how he is doing, my autistic son will be going to mainstream secondary school in September, no echp, and I must admit I am terrified. His primary school have been been so super and nurturing, but my older NT boy really struggled with the jump to secondary, and it be a whole different ballgame for a child with autism.Debt free Feb 2021 🎉0

Drawingaline - having seen how much the cuts have affected secondary schools over the last few years i would advise you to badger the school at the earliest opportunity if you feel your ds needs more support. When ds started at our school we had 20 TA's, we now have 5  There just isn't the support to go around that the kids need. We struggle to support those with EHCP's, others just don't stand a chance nowMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

First day back at work and I survived :j It was actually a pretty straightforward kinda day although I hardly slept last night - I never do the night before we go back, doesn't matter how much I've done to wear myself out all day, it's always one of those nights where my brain thinks its had a bucket of haribo
Never mind, hopefully I'll be back to normal tonight.
Ham, egg and chips for tea tonight, then a bath and pj's evening. Nothing much planned, just chillingMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000
