Can I stop my wife moving back in?

I would look the this from a different angle.
If she did move in (her not him) what would that mean to your current rent payments ie is she out of work, would you be able to claim a rent reduction due to that.
How much could she pay once moved in to help toward the debt, how much extra could you pay toward the debt with two sharing the bills (half electric/water etc)
I am not saying it could work but if you are both determined to do it for a short amount of time you can get the debt paid off leaving her name to be removed and her free to rent in Cornwall with the new bf.0 -
Or alternatively she moves in has her lover round most nights a week makes it really really uncomfortable for her ex forcing him to move instead .nas once shes back in the house she will have no intention of going anywhereiammumtoone wrote: »I would look the this from a different angle.

Not advisable. If she is on the tenancy agreement, then she has equal right of access to the house. It may not be nice, but dat's the law.I’d be inclined to change the locks.:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

Not saying it isnt genuinely proving very difficult for both of you - but it does need carefully explaining - as many of us would be wondering "How on earth?" about a sum that size and would want proof as to why it was apparently so difficult to find that.
£1300 is more than a lot of people earn in a month. Its not something you find down the back of the sofa.0 -
