Someone who hopes to make John In Lincs' life so uncomfortable that he will move out and leave them in comfort in the HA property while he struggles to find somewhere else to live?0 -
Would a private landlord let to someone with significant rent arrears and liability for rent on another property? Even if she hides those facts, she's not going to have a reference which will put off prospective landlords.
You're right, I suppose they'd have to rent it in his (the new bloke's) name. And it wouldn't surprise me if he's 'out of work' if he's willing to move up to the other end of the country at the drop of a hat!0 -

Rather contradictory, don't you think?0 -
I think the rules are no more than 3 nights a week staying in a council/housing association property for visitors not on the lease.
Change your attitude towards her say I cant wait for you to move back in I really hoped we could give our marriage another go, I miss you..... No way will her new fiance want her anywhere near you so he will have to do something for them both to live together.....0 -
Have you talked to your housing association?0

Come, come, thorsoak - you're normally more astute than this. Are you feeling okay?

That's my thought too - as I expect they are also struggling with how not just one but two people are apparently unable to find that £1,300. I would certainly need it explaining very clearly to me in their position as to why this was apparently proving so difficult.
Not saying it isnt genuinely proving very difficult for both of you - but it does need carefully explaining - as many of us would be wondering "How on earth?" about a sum that size and would want proof as to why it was apparently so difficult to find that.0 -

or it could end up a really confusing cuckold situation with the wife having both her lovers living with her :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

£1,300 is alot of money to alot of people. I bet there are plenty who could not just get their hands on that amount, me included in cash, although I would have options to borrow it if necessary.0
