Give them to the kids - they'll sort them in seconds :rotfl:
But seriously - What Albertross is saying is that laptops have an external connector to allow them to be connected to an external monitor ( usually a blue 15-pin VGA connector ) - have you tried plugging the laptops into an external monitor ( e.g one on a desktop PC ) ?
It may be that the default output is set to the VGA port and not to the internal laptop screen. Read the manual and see if there is a switch combination ( e.g. Fn + F5 ) which will cycle the output between the VGA port and the screen ?“That old law about 'an eye for an eye' leaves everybody blind. The time is always right to do the right thing.”0 -
Have you tried bending the screen bag a bit more than 90 degrees, sometimes the button that senses the screen being open gets stuckEver get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0
