Bit vague, but guess you're after who's the best payer? I've been stung by Forward Cellular going bankrupt in the past so would say avoid small companies, used Dial-a-phone, OneStopPhoneShope ande2save without any major worries.

Be aware though, a lot of people have had probs with cashback from OneStopPhoneShop and/or with their customer services. If you searched the forums for onestopphoneshop or OSPS, you would see.

I've just used mobileshop.co.uk but haven't had contract for 6months to see if they payout the cashback but couldn't find anyone who has had problems with them so I took a chance.

If I get another it would be direct with the supplier (Orange O2 etc). Might not be as cheap but at least you can talk to the organ grinder if things go wrong!

    Absolutely bang on!

Saying that I got my 3 phone through Mobiles.co.uk and they have exceeded my expectaions. I got the 6 months at £4.99 deal (via redemtion) and I sent in my 6 months bill by mistake. They replied and said I need to send my seventh month bill front in - which I have done. They pay promptly every month. I'm impressed.

However when I bought my o2 phone (free Samsung D500) I got that from the o2 shop online but got extra 100 free mins per month (one can choose extra 500 texts p/m).

I much prefer the latter option as I prefer talktime over money back :)

    Kind regards

Cashback seems to be a bit of a lottery!
