Looking at OP's complaint on the hotel and other establishments, they do appear to be habitual complainers.

He seems to have an issue with TUI UK and their reps. Heaven knows why he continues to book their package holidays if their service is so bad. As for keeping going back to a hotel they've had previous problems with.................
