So I received a NTK through the post UKCPS. It says I parked in the area without a permit or valid authority. I've looked at the Newbies thread however I am unsure if I need to send the letter with the black writing or the blue writing? Can anyone help please?
Thanks

Use the one in black text. UKCPS are members of the IPC AOS.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Why didn't you just look them up in the IPC AOS list, or BPA AOS list (easy to Google).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The link to appeal online is on one of the letters they send with the NTK. I tried to google the link but everything that comes up seems to say they don't accept online appeals, bit bizarre.0 -
So I sent the appeal and received a letter back basically saying that the charge still stands and now £100 needs to be paid. The car park did not have any signs stating it was a private car park or chargeable. I have took a screenshot from google maps of the car park and upon entering there are no signs to say it is a private car park. They have taken photos on the signs on the wall however they are small and when parking I didn't notice these at all.
What is the next course of action with them?

Then, if they take you to court, they will crash and burn, it will not be the first time.

You might start getting harmless debt collector letters, irritating, but harmless, they can’t do anything other than write. Please read the NEWBIES FAQ sticky, post #4 about dealing with debt collectors.
Have you complained to the landowner and asked them to intervene to get the charge cancelled?
Come back if you get a LBC or MCOL from UKCPS (acronyms in the sticky, post #5).Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I'm not entirely sure who the land owners are. I'll have a look now thank you0

You’ll need to do a bit of digging, but if that draws a blank, for about £3 you can get the details from Land Registry. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Hi , I've looked through numerous threads on here to try and find a template for an appeal, but I'm having no joy.
Please could someone point me in the right direction?
I recently received a Notice to Keeper MNPR - it was addressed to my in-laws address. My car was intially registered here but was changed with immediate effect on 31/01/18 - date of this letter is 12/02/18
They've also called me Mrs, I'm not married.
Anyway - I want to appeal as I have been back to the place of parking (Revie Rd Industrial Park, Leeds) and there are no signs to say that no unauthorized parking or without a valid permit allowed.
Thanks in advance for any help.0 -
