    One more to add to the pot, asked the poor lad in Greggs if he had any and if so could I have one in my change when I bought my usual black coffee before work this morning.

    Thanks for all the message and PM's I must say I have felt loved in a period when I felt nobody could..

    Trying to keep busy, I have rejoined SW after 4 years away, I have resigned up to the pool and I will get into a routine after my operation next weekend.

    Lets get myself moving again and maybe I will feel better for it.

    Went to a quiz night and had a really good night for three reasons:
    1. We won the quiz - bottle of wine for each of us;
    2. Swapped up 11 £2 coins;
    3. One of the coins was a Britannia coin, that I had not got, ten were plain and went into my pot.
