Got two yesterday. Asda seem to still have them at least. :D

However I have to say that since joining this I am finding it very rare to be given one.......i’ve jinkst it now. :rotfl:
Yep...still at it, working out how to retire early.:D....... Going to have to rethink that scenario as have been screwed over by the company. A work in progress.
  • Not a single sniff at a £2 coin this week , even asked cashiers in shops if they had any but it wasn't to be. Hoping for at least one this week to end the dry spell.

Hope everyone's getting on okay :p

I’ve been having similar problems to you. Hopefully we will have better luck this week.

Think everyone has the same idea, a few people I've spoken to say they save them too. The 'saving' bug has caught on :D

Not had a sniff of a £2 coin for nearly a fortnight, I suspect they will be like buses and 3 come along at once.

I have actually never been. It doesnt help that I now live/work in Preston so never really venture up Bispham way - and when I do its usually to grab a chip barm and walk down the illuminations. I have heard mixed reviews from friends - more good than bad though. I intend to check it out at some point.

Long weekend with not doing very much (payday at my place is the 6th of the month) so I didnt spend any cash to get any coins... as of tomorrow though I will hopefully get more. Still on £74.

Finally, after a drought, I have deposited my first £2 coin into the Tardis YAY :j:j:j

Last year I was putting away several a week, this year, so far, I haven't had any in my change bar the one I got yesterday...

It is important that we know where we come from, because if you do not know where you come from, then you do not know where you are, and if you don't know where you are, then you don't know where you are going. If you don't know where you're going, you're probably going wrong.
