Hey there sorry love no not for cats, absolutely not, sorry - I can mainline you with cat nip if that helps at all? I've over 200 plants in my garden.

  • Ha ha - we were in a teeny town that is in the middle of no-where and is mostly 'independent' shops - to the extent that the only 'chains' recognisable were Weddersp00nz, b00tz and c0ffee-0-c0sta.... 'tis the only place I've ever been to, where 2 reasonably swanky 'hair salons' were closed before 1pm, on a Saturday....................................... There was supposed to be a wholefoods store there. I looked up the address and we were going to be on the same street, and they have been FaceBeing, recently, and I looked up where it was on goggle mapz... could I find it???? Today, I ain't terribly enamoured with 'local independent shops......' The upside is that the parking was affordable and the loos (if you searched.....) were FREE! :rotfl:

The 'fam' are splendidly-o-cious, ta so muchly fer asking. Cuddles aplenty, giggles and belly larfs in a goodly supply too :D

Sorry your wholefood shop was doing an invisiblity thing. Free toilets we have for sure but they're closed during Oct-April due to lack of tourists, local bladders it would appear and off season visitors probably need a stern set of internal muscles. :rotfl:

Only chain our side is the co - and all hairdressers appear to take the sat at 12 I'm shut route too. Why not.

    Glad all is well.

Car insurance down to £144.76 with oodles of extras - and for the life of me, I don't understand. Last years insurers I booted due to ridiculus requote were the second cheapest.

Huge thanks to :money: and the moneysoopermarket for their help in this.

Rock and roll sat night people, just saved £199.40 on my car renewal with breakdown included.

Ok so it took an hour of fiddling but we got there, just to reduce it a further £10 from the first quote with free breakdown. :rotfl:

Psst...I may have started a diary!
  • Well done on the car insurance, that's a fantastic saving! Well worth some time tweaking!

Glad to hear that Ma is surviving the treatment relatively unscathed, hope it's ultimately successful of course.

And yes laughing at the toilets; when I lived in the US mid-west they were also closed all winter, probably because they would freeze solid otherwise. I guess all those people who drank coke by the bucketful and endless pints of coffee on the go had to plan their trips well :rotfl:

Keep up the pelvic floor exercises everyone, you know you owe it to yourself!
  • Do love a bit of toilet humour - the local co has one btw. Its a funny one isn't it - keep those exercises going.

Quick brekkie then aff tae work. Its brrsome out there and we all need to keep warm people.

    :)

  • So glad it's not just me that takes such a keen interest in the location of lavatories! :D And yes, all the midwives implored us to do our 'pfm' workouts, but.............................................................................. :(

Have a great day Pippi - and thanks for the update on your wee Ma's treatment progress. Good wishes and positives vibes being sent out a-plenty from this neck of the woods, to your Ma and the whole Fam. XXX
