EE Phone and Broadband offer

I applied for a recent offer back in Nov 2017 as highlighted on this website it was for an 18 month contract with EE for home phone and broadband with the offer of a cashback in the shape of a prepaid mastercard. I took up the offer to pay the upfront reduced cost and save further. The total I paid was £316.22 . I had an existing Bt phoneline so there was no need for a new line to be installed. My understanding of the deal was that my quote and the offer was for phone and unlimited broadband package. It appears not I am now being charged an additional £10.00 a month for my broadband.
Can anyone clarify the deal that was available because EE wont.
Thanks

you would have paid up front for the line rental.
Do you have fibre?0 -
Hi no I dont have fibre its not available in my area yet with any supplier.0

If I have as you suggest paid upfront for line rental only the offer of phone + broadband would then work out more expensive than my previous supplier and that would not make sense. I have in my head that I agreed to a one of payment that covered my phone + broadband for 18months and any additional bills would be for calls. Its unfortunate and confusing that I appear to have more than one account with EE and my telephone number is still registered as being with an old supplier. When I asked who i was paying the reply was sorry it does not appear to be us.0

Thanks for any response to this post but having searched through archives i found the original offer and yeee ha im not going mad. It now appears that EE have not applied the free broadband offer to my account.
Cheapest b'band and line, equiv £11.45/mth. Pay £306 upfront, claim a £100 prepaid Mastercard.
Apply via this EE link* and get up-to-17Mb speed broadband with unlimited downloads on an 18mth contract.
- Who can get it? Anyone who's new to EE b'band. It's available to 99% of the UK, depending on postcode - you're told if you can get it when applying.
- Opt to pay £299 line rent upfront at sign-up. This is what makes the deal hot. It's the usual £18.50/mth for 18mths (£333 in total) otherwise. You get inclusive weekend landline calls too - see full EE call costs.
- Get 'free' broadband for 18mths. After, it's £10/mth.
- Pay £7 router delivery. There's also a £30 fee if you've no line or switch from cable.
- Claim a £100 prepaid Mastercard (as good as cash where accepted). You're sent an email within 30 days of paying your second bill with instructions on how to claim. Do it within 60 days, and you'll get your card within a month.
Cost analysis: If you don't need a new line and pay line rental upfront it's £306 before calls. Claim and use the Mastercard, and you've effectively brought the cost down to £206, equiv to £11.45/mth.0
