Can't opt-out of statement emails and texts from Lloyds?

In that case your experiment of switching on paper statements sounds like a good idea. If you don't want them they can go straight through the shredder

Is this based on any information or experience are you just guessing? It seems an odd method and according to northwalesd's experience incorrect.


"Your credit card statement is ready" is the only routine text I receive. The only time Lloyds ever send me texts are for non routine security related.

I have switched to paper statements. What a stupid system Lloyds have.
