  • hey guys,

im going to look into this further and see who owns what and who has asked UKCPS to enforce that area, etc.

After giving myself some time to cool off, i have been thinking about it all.
So even though i was technically in the wrong as i did not have a permit to park there, you still recommending that i DO NO PAY.

We are saying that NO-ONE here would pay this, not just a 'recommendation'.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Strongly suggest you don't appeal to IAS.
Waiting game now until you receive either a LBC/LBCCC in the next 6 years.
Suggest you get photos of the area/signs in case they do.

If you Move let the ppc know your new address
State this is the only address for service, and you will rely on this letter to hold them liable for any costs you incur should your old address be used.
