lost keys for land rover

Hello all Anyone help with this - my hubby has lost the only remaining ignition key for his land rover. the insurance covers up to £300 for replacement locks. He still has the fob, the "key" part has come adrift and is lost. There is no spare. Is the only thing to do to have the locks changed? ie ignition and doors? Can…

Why didn't you get him to cut a spare at the same time? Far cheaper than another call out.
