    Should I make a formal complaint to the BPA. It’s got to be a against their CoP.

    Quick update. So it!!!8217;s been 6 months today since my initial appeal and I!!!8217;ve heard nothing.

    If I!!!8217;m honest I!!!8217;ve been preoccupied with family medical issues so forgot about it.

    What should I do? Continue to ignore it and just wait for them to contact me? Surely there must be some time limit on this?

    I would ignore it but have a BPA complaint ready if you hear any more about it
