What do you mean, 21 days?
For a BPA member the time to respond is 35 days, calendar.
  • The appeal sticky says at the bottom “hear back within 21 days” so I assumed that was the timeframe. But I got the answer 35.

    Thanks
  • Evening

I sent in my appeal to the notic to keeper at 22:30 on 21/12/2017, so to be nice let’s say I appealed on 22/12. They have 35 days to reply. Today is day 35 and it’s 18:50 and I’ve had nothing.

So what next. I think I’ve got 2 options.

    1. Wait a few more days due to Xmas and Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. Then if I haven’t heard anything by Wednesday email the BPA and complain as they have broken there own appeal process and copy in PCS. State they they also violated POFA as well and that due to them being inept they remove the invoice.

    2. Say 35 days is 35 days and email BPA regardless.

    Thoughts?

The main company is Parking Ticket LTD

According to CH, that company has been dissolved.

  • Yes it was Parking Ticket LTD but the letter came from PCS on there behalf.

I appealed through there online appeal process as it’s the only way to and they also can’t say they didn’t receive it.

I have pictures that are date and time stamped and the confirmation pop screen pop up that says they have it

good save them , but expect them to say they replied via email and its not there fault if it did not arrive , PCS are debt collectors /DR+ and zenith , same mob , the parking co will never see your appeal PCS will decline it for them and then set DR+ on you , PCS do not like giving codes out
