UPS delivery via Ebay 'incorrectly sorted'

No Shutl (the agent for UPS) offers the UPS service as a standard 1 day delivery with no claim for late delivery as it isn't guaranteed. It also depends on the time you drop the parcel off and whether the UPS van has already collected from there.
If you want a guaranteed service then you need to use one that offers the guarantee.0 -
It's arrived in time for Christmas so hopefully all will be well. I wouldn't volunteer a refund on postage.0
