My New Ship Leaks

I have just paid over £3billion for a new ship and the bloody thing leaks! Not just a small leak either, but 200 litres every day. What use is a ship that leaks? Can I take it back and get a refund?
I also have a contract for a few dozen fighter planes to go on the ship, costing £150million each. Without the ship these planes are useless. Can I get them to refund these too?
To be honest I have probably spent too much on these, and if I can get a refund I could spend the money better, maybe on healthcare or education.

The best you can hope for then is to return it and get a store voucher to spend on another boat.0 -

Wouldn't help as the cost is slightly over the £30K upper limit for S75 claims.0 -

The interview is here, starts at 2 hours 51 minutes & 45 seconds.

On a ship with a displacement of over 70,000 tons 200 l per hour ISNT that big a leak. Sure it needs fixing but its not that big a deal. Its a total non-story.
Doesn't stop the moronic media from !!!!!!!! on anything the UK does at the slightest excuse these days. Seems to be more than a few people in the country who clearly dont want to be here. If they just !!!!ed off i dont think there would be any issue with immigration.0 -
Issue found while doing test of new ship for issues. Issue found to be a leak equivalent to leaving a single tap running. Every hour, the weight of the ship increases by 0.00029%.
Clearly I wouldn't do well as a headline writer...Peter
Debt free - finally finished paying off £20k + Interest.0 -
I'll lay odds Phillip is heroically unconcerned - All Ships Leak A Bit - this is just such a non-story...0
