Not sure it's worth hiding behind keeper liability here, NtK served in time and you have a valid and strong driver's defence that you only stayed within the 10 minute allowance. it would be good if you could prove you were elsewhere after the drop off (at the very least daughter could say this is the routine, you drop her off and she gets on the train and you then go off on your daily business and you did so on this day).Although a practising Solicitor, my posts here are NOT legal advice, but are personal opinion based on limited facts provided anonymously by forum users. Date was 23.11.2017 and letter received on 01.12.2017
On the letter they mentioned they are member of IPC but no mention of POFA.
What points should be raised in the appeal.
