Sit tight. This is a debt collectors letter and is covered in the Newbies thread.

You can. Send a LBA to them telling them to cease and pay you compensation or you will take the to court. If they dont comply, issue a MCOL claim.

ZZPS you ignore. Never ever respond to ZZPS.
  • Got another letter from ZZPS. QDR solicitors (old company names QUANTUM DEBT RECOVERY LIMITED & WH 427 LIMITED) will be passed this if I don't pay (the amount goes up). Do these things not timeout? November was the original ticket. They mention Supreme Court ruling - parking eye vs beavis. Not sure what this has to do with anything.

    Yes, after 6 years.

It has a lot to do with private parking and is the ubiquitous crutch used by most PPCs as justification for their parking charge. The fact that most don't understand that in most cases Beavis works against them, than for them, has not registered in either of their brain cells. The fact that your ticket was for a P&D car park makes Beavis work more for you than them.

But some Judges don't understand Beavis fully, but it's unlikely you are going to have to contend with that!

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

This is nothing to worry about. It's a bit-part player, a nothing company, issuing letters to scare people into being silly enough to call them or pay, as has been the case for a decade with such firms.

I've ignored letters for a couple of years myself, and nothing will happen.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
