It’s only Aldi - so no real problem. No PE/Aldi case has ever been pursued through the court.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

@OP - you do realise that one shot is of the front of the car, the other of the rear.

I can’t tell whether the rear shot is of the back end of the particular model shown from the front. Can you confirm that it’s not?

I’m not for one moment suggesting you don’t fight it - but you need to select the right issues on which to fight.

So the car you are registered keeper of was not in this Aldi car park between the times shown on the NTK you received?
  • So then, photos are correct (front and back of car) I'm an idiot...but in my defence this is the first time I've experienced this situation!

11 mins over, will argue the case for grace period i think and reading the newbie section as we speak.

Great help guys thanks very much.

You need to be arguing the case for Grace Periods (note - plural). Providing this wasn’t a pay and display, or a VRM input into a store-sited keypad, you need to argue that ‘x’ minutes were spent in finding a parking spot (Christmas is a busy time) and reading signage, then ‘y’ minutes to leave a congested car park onto a busy main road, where ‘x’+’y’ = 11 minutes.

Please read the Oct 2015 (most recent version) BPA Code of Practice, Clause 13 where there’s plenty to get your teeth into.
