Standard letter blah blah blah but wait a minute, the registration in the two photos as evidence are the same but its two different cars!
I may have been cloned (action taken with DVLA and Police) but PE have blatantly doctored the second photo darker hoping i wouldnt notice and just pay up?

The car wasn't cloned, think about it, what is the likelihood of a cloned car with the same VRN being in the same car park at the same time (zero!). Very odd, show us.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I’m not aware of a specific number, but I think there are a couple of parameters that need to be satisfied - posts and length of time on the forum. From seeing other newbies ‘graduate’ it’s around 15-20 posts and a couple of weeks - or thereabouts.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

@OP - you do realise that one shot is of the front of the car, the other of the rear.
I can’t tell whether the rear shot is of the back end of the particular model shown from the front. Can you confirm that it’s not?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
