I will send over a link in a minute beanie. I don’t have much on there for adults as yet but if there is something you want, then please let me know.
So it was definitely a busy Sunday. I went to go and see my friend, and my car wouldn’t start. I had had to call out the breakdown cover the day before because it wouldn’t start. They came out, started the car and said that although the battery looked a bit old, it seemed to be holding the charge. I went to the tip, turned it off at the tip and it started fine and got me home. But it wouldn’t start the next day. Luckily I have jump leads and my neighbours came to my rescue and started my car. So I was able to meet my friend and also pick up my shopping. So today I haven’t really done much. The kids have been chilling. Although saying that I did trim the hedge at the front of the house as it was growing over the path and I weeded the block pathing path to the front door. The front of the house doesn’t get the sun until the evening so it was fine to do during the day. I need to weed the back driveway and path but it is too hot to do that during the day as it is south facing. That will be a job when I get up early in the morning!Oh and my toaster broke. It kept tripping the electric. I had had it five years and it was second hand when I got it. So amazon prime to the rescue and a new four slice toaster arrived today. It came out of my general spending budget which still has loads left. Just shows how much the kids need for school stuff and activities which is what it normally gets spent on. I also need to look at my food budget. I have another click and collect order to pick up on Sunday which is the last day of the month. So I need enough for that and for any bread and milk and fruit top ups during the week. That will be tonight’s job to work out the budget for the last week of the month. Luckily I still have money left in petrol and general and pocket money budgets so I could do some moving around.4 -
Thanks for the link.
