Which fibre ISP is cheapest?

Cheapest I can find at the moment (when all costs are added and cashback deducted) is Plusnet.
But for some reason they aren't offering fibre at our postcode, even though most other ISPs are. I've called them and they didn't really give an explanation, just said there's nothing they can do.
What other good offers are there?

Vodafone, Sky & Plusnet are cheapest for me, all similar in cost0

Vodafone are currently offering up to 76mb for £30 a month on an 18 month contract. No setup fees. And £27 if you are an existing customer of theirs. Up to 38mb is £25 for non customers and £22.50 for existing customers.0

I found Vodafone really poor in my area the speed went down from 60mbit during the day to less than 1mbit in the evenings so streaming films or doing anything but watching <480p youtube was next to impossible.0

I have a similar issue to one of the posts above. I am in a 'fibre to the premises' (as they seem to call it) property served by an Openreach network. I can only have three ISP's because Sky etc can't use Openreach's network. The BT deal.i can get it decent enough, but not sure why they can restrict who uses their network - isn't that a monopoly (type) issue? Thanks0

@AAZ1
You have been let off with Plusnet's own incompetence and would you really want to spend money with a company that is unable to work out how to place an order for you?
Full disclosure: I'm a Plusnet customer but wouldn't recommend using them as if you have a problem, they are next to useless to fix it. The customer service are undertrained, understaffed and extremely hard to get in touch with. Do not be fooled by the jolly TV ads.0
