    Perhaps he is employed and trained to spout pseudo-technical nonsense as an excuse for a network's deficiencies. If not, maybe he should refrain from doing so.

    A lot of salesmen and CS agents will always talk nonsense to cover gaps in knowledge, I doubt that will ever change, though in this case perhaps the agent did say WCDMA and the OP turned that into the CDMA. Who really knows?

    It's equally possible Prasad doesn't know the difference between wcdma and cdma.

    Im sorry but if i call a company giving a service the the UK i don't care where there help centre is but what i do expect is to be told the truth. is that to much to ask for.
