Your appeal(s) are confusing. The first one doesn't include inadequate signage.
In the second one the formatting is awful, the numbering in your bullet points don't tie up with the sections, the headings go 1,2,4 and the contents appear to go 1,4,2,4, but there is no para/section 3, and the whole thing is difficult to read.
The signage point is far too short. You should use the long template from post 3 of the NEWBIES. Include the links here when you show us the draft, but embed the actual pictures in your appeal, including your own pics that you will rely on. By embedding the images it will force the assessor to actually look at them.

Where you state the NTK is non POFA compliant you should explain where it fails.

The POFA sch 4 para x section y says this, but the NTK says that (or omits the info) at each and every part that is wrong.

What is the CRA 2015? Where you use abbreviations/acronyms you must write them out in full the first time and include the abbreviation thus: -

The Protection of Freedom Act (POFA) 2012 the first time you mention it, then The POFA (or The POFA 2012) thereafter.

Sorry about the lack of knowledge on this.
I did already state i have no knowledge regarding all this, i have just taken the templates out of the newbies forum.
I dont understand the law around all this.
If anybody can help drafting me or putting up a template here for me that i can use that would be greatly appreciated.
    Regards

I can well believe that the first time one stumbles into this unregulated industry it will be difficult to get to grips with. But over two weeks have passed since you first posted.

Post #1 of the NEWBIES thread has quite a decent explanation of PoFA requirements, and as has already been said, there is a link to the legislation.
You need to ensure that their NtK conforms the PoFA.
No-one else can do that for you as you haven't shown us the NtK.

You don't need to understand 'the law' to get section numbers and headings in order.

I posted the ntk in a image
What i find a problem is how does the ntk not conform with the Pofa.
As they have sent a ntk within the time limit stated.

I will be sending off the appeal with whatever i am able to pile together.

    OK, sorry I missed that.

I'm disappointed to see that the image you have posted twice still has your name and the PCN number (twice) visible.

Any PPC reading this thread will be able to relate your appeal to a particular incident, and can use your posts here against you.

Again, you are asked to remove the links to that image until such time as you have made appropriate adjustments.

Was a Notice to Driver issued?
I.e. was there a windscreen ticket issued at the time of the event?

What was the date of the parking incident?

What date did you receive the NtK that you have shown us?

Do the details on the NtK match those required by Schedule 4 of PoFA such that the keeper can be held liable?

Those are the questions you need to answer.
It is unlikely that anyone here will do that work for you, but armed with that information you should be able to determine what exactly you need to say on your PoPLA appeal.

Just got a question if i received the pcn on 3rd October and then received ntk on 6th November, is there any failure on their behalf here that i can claim.
On the pofa states i should receive it after 28days and before 56days.
Just trying to find out how they haven't followed the pofa with the ntk.
Or do i not have a valid argument with the ntk.

That wasn't my question. Is 34days the right amount of time to send me ntk.
Or do i not use it in my appeal.
