I would like to know if any one can help on how to appeal at popla for parking over A bay.
As my appeal is rejected at parkwatch.
It was at Deepdale Retail Park whilst shopping.

Everyone is asked politely to read up on this game in the newbies faq thread near the top of the forum

Go there now to learn about this and how to construct a popla appeal

Put it up here for comment as a draft

If you haven't already revealed who was driving to the ppc you need to edit your post and remove details of the driver

POFA 2012 Schedule 4 allows a parking firm to get the details of the registered keeper of the vehicle and therefore pursue them. (Read up on it).

However to do this they need to follow a set procedure including timing and wording of the Notice to Driver (PCN) and Notice to Keeper (first letter through the post).

It is very common parking firms don't follow the procedure so a common defence is:
    1) They don't know the name of the driver
    2) They can't pursue the keeper as have not confirmed with POFA 2012 Schedule 4

Have a look and see for your case.

The idea is not to identify the driver, they will then try to claim their ill gotten cash from the RK.

You need to read the newbies thread again you have not got the gist of this, and don't put your POLA appeal in until you have run it past the regulars on here.

    Thanks for the reply
I will not be given any details of the driver but am confused what grounds to put down as they will try to recover from the registered keeper.

This site isn't very easy to use.
I have read some threads but am not sure if they are the newbie threads you are talking about.
If you could help with any grounds to use on my appeal world be appreciated.

By the way I have received this the notice of keeper.
So it looks like they have followed the steps.
  • Well, there’s ONE thread, right near the top of the first page, which has the word “newbies” in it.

Getting a NtK doesn’t mean they’ve followed pofa.

Which part of the pofa havent they followed?
Please can you take a screenshot of where this newbies faq is on the page.
I can't seem to find it.

Sorry for the lack of intelligence of this site.
