    Hi I ran super late to appeal via popla. It!!!8217;s 20 past 12 and 29th day since I received the rejection and popla code. I immediately tried to appeal via website but it gives this message and doesn!!!8217;t proceed further :

    A third party has been registered and no signed authority has been uploaded


    I!!!8217;m guessing that I have automatically lost the case. Should I pay the discounted £60 or I!!!8217;ll have to pay the double amount? What a disaster!

    Pardon? Are you looking on the right POPLA website and tried to log in?

    POPLA codes last for 33 days so you have all weekend to upload a decent appeal. This should not be a problem for you appealing by Sunday (I've done so loads of times).

    I'm guessing that's a network issue of some sort.

    Try rebooting your ipad or iphone - whatever you are using.
