Virgin media freephone contact no.?

Yes, i know about say no to 0870.
But does anyone have the specific number (freephone, as i'm not paying to call those incompetent a**holes) to call the people who are SUPPOSED to come and collect the set top box?
As some of us are aware Virgin Media don't seem to have a clue what's going on from department to department.
I have been waiting ages for the plonkers to come and collect their box, and somehow their failure to turn up twice is my fault. Go figure.
I should be charging them holding time to store their piece of crap.
