Amazon denied Claim - SCAM

If you can't open a second claim and have lost the appeal then it sounds like you won't get any further with Amazon.0

Unless this is for a huge commercial cinema type projector, which would be a lot more than £2000, the box wouldn’t be above the special delivery size limit. I’ve never posted a projector but deal with them (sales and installations) in Work so know the sizes and we regularly send and receive special deliveries that are much bigger and heavier than even the biggest projector we have.
They also can’t use the signature as proof if it went to a different address and amazon would never just accept their word as proof but would have wanted to see the delivery confirmation which would show the recipients address.0 -
Have you actually spoken to somebody at Amazon rather than trying to communicate your problem via mail?0

The size of the box is 65x65x30 which is above the maximum limit allowed for a special delivery guarantee by 1pm .
I have asked the seller for the Royal Mail receipt but never got it.
For what I've been investigating this is a commmon scam now. I've read a case where the seller sent an empty box for a different address as well and the buyer never got the money as well as Amazon had a signature. Doesn't matter who the signature is ...0 -

If the seller is a business then it's likely their mail is PPI/DMO which means sizing is hardly ever checked (by sizing I mean size rather than weight).
You need to stop flogging the dead horse and go to your card company.0 -
Just contact your card provider or look at moneyclaim online.0

Google their address and see if they are selling on eBay also- have a look at their feedback0

Just action a section 75 chargeback with your credit card company and let them deal with it.0
