I was totally exhausted, emotional and deflated at the end of it. It was Darlington CC. She said she felt for me, but that the issue was not about whether or not it was fair but was points of law. I honestly feel that, if it had gone ahead last September, I'd have had a better chance . Oh and to rub further salt in the wound, the advocate is a blue badge holder!0
